Hi, I’m Naomi. Like many people, I started practicing yoga during lockdown as a new way to move my body beyond the gym. Over time, though, I began to notice the deeper mental and emotional shifts it brought into my life. I’ve been incredibly fortunate to learn from so many inspiring teachers throughout my journey, and their guidance is what encouraged me to continue practicing, eventually giving me the confidence to teach and share this beautiful practice with others.

Having undergone scoliosis correction surgery and living with a fused thoracic spine, I understand how important it is to listen to your body and move in a way that feels right for you. That experience has shaped both the way I teach and the kind of space I want my classes to create.

I hold 200hrs training in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga (Yoga Alliance Certified) and I love creating classes that feel welcoming, supportive, and accessible to everyone — while still offering depth and challenge for those who want it.

What I love most about yoga is that it’s never one-size-fits-all. It’s a practice that meets you exactly where you are, and that’s something I always aim to bring into my teaching.

See you on the mat :)
