Hi, I’m Naomi. I’m a certified yoga teacher, trained in 200 hours of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga.
My approach is gentle, mindful, and inclusive, with a focus on helping you feel grounded, balanced, and at ease. Whether you’re looking to energise your mornings, release tension in the evenings, or simply reconnect with yourself, I offer practices that meet you exactly where you are.

Classes I Offer

🌀 Gentle Evening Flow
A slower, more nourishing vinyasa practice designed for the evening. An opportunity to release the day, unwind the body, and prepare for deep rest through breathwork and familiar, flowing movement.

☀️ Seasonal Yoga in Nature
Begin your day with mindful movement and breath in the outdoors. These classes embrace the rhythm of the seasons, offering a chance to reconnect with nature during the warmer months in the UK.
